The mission of the DHCS is to protect, promote, develop, and advance the rights and interests of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including supporting the provision of excellent services in a secure environment. Through social, educational, residential, and vocational options, the organization facilitates the independence and social involvement of its target population. We aspire to be DDA-recognized service provider in support of its purpose to advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
